KeystoneQS (Quick Support) allows us to provide remote support efficently and easily with minimal steps for the end user. This in turn leads in most cases to a quicker response time while keeping the cost down to the end user.
Our system includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and is considered completely safe by today's standards.
KeystoneQS generates a session password that changes with every start of the software to ensure added prevention of unauthorised access to a remote system.
